Common Issues in Zoho CRM

  • Mail will not properly show up in the email module upon the FIRST load.  Usually, it requires a refresh of the page before you actually get an accurate list of emails for that contact/potential.  Inaccurate results = lost sales.
  • Menu items are missing from the custom function section.  Sometimes it doesn’t show up when the page loads and sometimes it does.
  • When I send an email from Zoho CRM with a link to the email, the system replaces my link text with a very long Zoho CRM URL.  Makes my emails look very unprofessional.
